How to Order

 It is very simple:

Request a Quote by e-mail with the details of what you would like to transfer to CD/DVD.

Carefully pack your material and send it to us.
We will let you know as soon as we receive it.

We will process your Order and e-mail you regular Order Status Updates with samples.

Once payment has been processed, we will send your CD/DVD with your original material.
(we may keep a digitized copy for a few days)

1). Mailing us your material: photos, slides, negatives etc. (Your Order may qualify for FREE pickup and drop-off or FREE Shipping depending on Order value and geographical location.)

• Read the Terms and Conditions

• Carefully package your material and send it to us at the address specified below.

• If you want your photos in a particular order, please organize them in groups corresponding to the particular event (e.g. Vacations1985, etc.)

NOTE: Please do not send Photo albums with the photos on it or carrousel with the slides on it. Carefully remove them and package them before sending them.

• As soon as we have received your material, we will contact you and let you know we have received it. Depending on the size of your order, you may receive updates on the status of your Order.

• The final invoice will have the exact count from our systems.

2). Shipping back your Order

• Upon processing your material we will notify you with payment instructions. You may pay for your order by Visa or Certified Check (personal checks can be accepted but will take longer to process).

• Once payment is received we ship back or drop off your order.

Please note:
We require an Order number before we receive your material.
